FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Arkansas Emergency Medical Foundation Supports Arkansas Law Enforcement Assistance Program with $4,000 Donation.

Little Rock, Arkansas - April 23, 2024 – The Arkansas Emergency Medical Foundation (AEMF) is proud to announce its recent donation of $4,000 to the Arkansas Law Enforcement Assistance Program (ALEAP). This contribution is specifically designated to provide meals at the 2024 Post Critical Incident Seminar, underscoring AEMF's commitment to supporting community partners.

"We are honored to partner with ARLEAP and contribute to the success of the Post Critical Incident Seminar," said Sherri Latimer, Board Chair of AEMF. "First responders often face immense challenges in the line of duty, and it's crucial that we, as a community, provide them with the support they need, especially regarding their mental well-being."

The donation comes as part of AEMF's ongoing efforts to support the resources available to first responders, recognizing their crucial role and the trauma that can come with incidents they respond to.

ARLEAPs Post Critical Incident Seminar is a free three-day event for responders to work through trauma associated with calls in the field.
